What will it cost me for my initial meeting with an adviser?

It won’t cost you anything to meet with an adviser initially. Your initial meeting will determine what, if any, needs you have and if we are able to assist you.

What are your opening hours?

9-5 Monday-Friday (exception of some bank holidays and Christmas/New Year)

Can I meet with an adviser out with these hours?

You can arrange with your individual adviser a suitable time if need be out with these office hours

Am I assigned a specific adviser?

Yes, you will be assigned a specific adviser which will enable you to build a sound customer/adviser relationship

Can I access my funds when I need to?

With most companies it takes around 10 working days (excluding bank holidays) to sell down from funds and pay by BACS

How much risk is involved?

During your meeting with your adviser you will go through a detailed discussion to establish your attitude to risk and based on this will be invested within a fund portfolio suited to your level of risk

Where are your offices?

We have 3 offices covering the North East of Scotland based in Inverness, Ellon and Aberdeen

Can I nominate someone to speak to an adviser on my behalf?

Yes, provided they have Power of Attorney

Are you fully independent?

Yes, we are independent financial advisers which means we have access to the whole of the market therefore, we can find the best tailored solution for your needs

How long is an appointment?

Your first meeting will usually last about 1 hour

Who are you regulated by?

We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and are also pleased to be part of the Financial Ombudsman Service.
